Important Instructions:
Application Form must not be entertained if the form is not properly or due filled in and found missing there with the following documents must be attested.
i. Two photographs of student.
ii. A photocopy of Form-B.
iii. Father death certificate.
iv. Last attempt examination DMC.
v. Original fee slip.
vi. Income Certificate from the employer i.e. Government/semi-government / private service.
vii. Photocopy of Domicile.
viii. A certificate from the Director/Principal of the concerned institute, confirming the admission.
ix. Last electricity bill.
eligibility
• All application shall be considered on merit and the financial position of the applicant/father/guardian.
• Applicant has secured 70% marks in the last examination attended and he/she is unable to continue his/her studies due to financial constraints.
• The applicant must be Pakistani citizen.
