ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ADMISSIONS AGAINST RESERVED SEATS OF BALOCHISTAN IN BACHELORS OF ENGINEERING (B.E) FOR DIFFERENT ENGINEERING UNIVERSITIES/COLLEGES OF THE COUNTRY SESSION 2019-20
Applications are invited in duplicate on the prescribed form from the local/domicile candidates of Baluchistan against (96) seats in Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) reserved in various Engineering Universities/Colleges of other provinces. The willing candidates must passed their FSc ( Pre-Engineering/ ICS/DAE) Examination in Annual 2019 or earlier up to Annual Examination 2018 with minimum 60% marks in F.Sc(Pre-Engineering/ICS/DAE). As per admission policy the distribution of (96)seats are as under.
a) Six seats are reserved for Open Merit. (06)
b) Only one seat is reserved for Diploma of Associate Engg: (DAE) on Provincial merit basis in UET Lahore. (01)
c) Frve seats are reserved for minorities (non-Muslim community). (05)
d) Only one seat is reserved for Female candidate on Provincial Merit Basis. (01)
e) Two seats are reserved for disabled persons on Provincial merit Basis. (02)
f) One seat for employees of Colleges/all Colleges of Technology. (01)
g) Eighty seats are reserved for all 33 Districts on Districts wise merit. (80)

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
An Entry Test will be conducted through Career Testing Services of Pakistan (CTSP).The merit will be established on the following criteria given as under: Weightage of F.Sc (Pre-Engg/ICS/DAE) marks will be 50% as per policy. Weightage of Entry test marks will be 50% as per policy. The candidates who have obtained marks less than 60% are not eligible. Candidates should not be more than 22 years of age. Applications forms must be accompanied with following photocopies duly attested by an officer of grade-17 or above. No photocopies of whatsApp will be accepted. In case of submission of fake documents the application/nomination will be rejected at any stage. Since, the application form is a legal document, any wrong information provided therein or over-writing or tampering in any other way is illegal and may result in outright rejection of form without notice.
1. Matriculation D.M.C. (2-copies)
2. F.Sc (Pre-Engg/ICS)D.M.C must verify from concerned board. (4-copies)
3. Diploma of Associate Engineer D.M.C must verify from concerned board. (4-copies)
4. Local/Domicile certificate must verify from concerned Deputy Commissioner.(2-copies)
5. Character Certificate from Principal of the institution last attended. (2-copies)
6. CNIC of the candidate or his/her father’s, in case he/she is below 18 years of age. (4-copies)
7. Four attested fresh passport size photographs.
8. Two copies of B-form issued by NADRA.
9. Undertaking. (As explained in the admission form).
10. Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
11. Prospectus form will be available from 1st to 26th March 2020 @Rate of Rs.3001-from United Bank Limited (UBL) Quarry Road Quetta.
12. The candidates are further directed to download copy of fee challan form from the website of CTSP (ctsp.com.pk) and deposit Rs. 200/. in the relevant bank and sent the Challan along with complete application form on or before 26th March, 2020 to the CTSP main office Address Office No. 140, Street No.9, Sector No. 1-1013.
