The Balochistan Commission on the Status of Women is a special institution of the Women Development Department, Government of Balochistan established under the “Balochistan Commission on the Status of Women Act 2017”. In this regard, this department intends to fill up the position of chairperson, Balochistan Commission on the status of Women on contract basis for the period of three (03) years from all over the Balochistan, which will be filled strictly on merit with following eligibility criteria.

Name of Post: Chairperson, Balochistan Commission on the status of Women
Eligibility – A Women having experience of more than 12 years of working on issues related to Women’s rights and is committed to the cause of women’s empowerment, and well conversant with international commitments on Women rights familiar with the implementation status of pro women laws in Balochistan.
Understands the work dynamics and requirements of working within Government systems.
16 years of education in Social Sciences. Well conversant in English & Urdu language. Preferably a resident of Balochistan with proven track record of working in Balochistan.
Age limit; not less than 35 years of age. Periodof of Contract Three years.
Scale of the post. MPS-1 BS-20
