Qualification/Experience: B.Sc. / B.E Civil Engineering form HEC recognized University / Institution with at least 2nd Division. The applicant must have at least 10 years’ professional experience related to civil work projects and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Candidate should also be well versed of Pakistan Engineering Council, PPRA and Planning Commission rules/procedure for implementation of projects and preparation of PC-1.
