Application required:
Application are invited from the graduated doctors and final professional annual examination session 2014. For 2nd six-month house job training, for a period of sex month.
Note:
The application forms are available in the office of the undersigned. The applicants are advised to fill their application form and submit in original in the office of the undersigned till 3rd Jan along with copies of the following attested documents.
Following documents are necessary with application form
- NIC, Local/Domicile of the candidates.
- Qualification Certificates (Metric, Fsc, DMC Of final Year MBBS)
- Character and provisional Certificates issued by principal of BMC.
- Receipt of PMDC Registration, certificates & Bank draft copy.
- One passport Size photographs
