Medecines Sans Frontiers (MSF) OCA is an independent medical humanitarian association that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters. MSF-OCA is looking for a PROJECT STOREKEEPER for its Project in Quetta i Baluchistan. MSF offers a package of benefits (Salary, leaves, medical • coverage, training and career) and the opportunity to work for an internationally renowned humanitarian organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare orders on time before sending goods. Ensuring good Quality of packing Material.
*Ensure that all items are well organized and correctly stored, well protected in the Store.
*Updates Stock Cards immediately after issuance of goods and registers the reference number of the delivery document or stock request.
*Together with the supply officer carry-out a physical stock count every other 4 months.
*Advise and inform the supervisor when the stock item gets to the minimum stock level.
Requirements for the position:
*Minimum 12 years of education (SSC) *Desirable 1 year of experience in storekeeping. *Satisfactory level of English and urdu Desirable: Command of any other relevant local language. *Essential: Computer literacy Skills.
*Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary and international team.
*Commitment to humanitarian values as outlined in the MSF Charter.
