Applications are invited from Qualified, Experienced and Result Oriented ACADEMICIANS from all over the Country for Gwadar Development Authority Public Higher Secondary School, Gwadar, Balochistan, purely on Contract basis for 02 Years, extendable on Performance basis.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
AGE: 40-55 Years
QUALIFICATION: Masters in any subject with EPM/B.Ed/M.Ed/M.Phil (At least in 2nd Division). Preference will be given to Candidates having Ph.D Degree/Foreign Qualification. Relaxation of 2 Years in Age and/or Experience may be granted on the basis of Extra Competent Candidate.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 Years Administrative Experience (Including at least 06 Years as Principal / Head of Institute) of a reputable English Medium Educational Institution is required. SKILLS: Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Academic and Public Resource Relation Skill with the ability to select, manage and develop Human Resource
SALARY PACKAGE: Highly Attractive Salary up to PKR 180,000 Per Month (All Taxes as per Government Rules are admissible) and Fringe Benefits which include Free, Furnished Family Accommodation and Suzuki Swift Car for Official Use to be offered to Ideal and Most Suitable Candidate
