1. TVET Sector Support Programme 
‘As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.’ The WET Sector Support Programme is funded by the European Union, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Royal Norwegian Embassy. The Programme is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in close collaboration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and a number of public and private sector organizations at the national and provinciaL regional levels. The Programme is seeking suitable candidates for the following positions;

Job title: Regional Coordinator 
(Reference No. -NET-SSP 2018/036)
Duty Station: Quetta
Qualifications and Experience:
• Master’s degree in social sciences, management studies or any relevant field
• At least 7 years of professional experience with leadership responsibility in an organization focusing on TVET sector or a related programme
• Profound experience in managing capacity building projects
• Profound experience in network development between public and private sector organizations
• Knowledge about concepts of WET, employment promotion and private sector engagement
• Experience in working with international development partners
• Communicates effectively in English, Urdu and at least one local language from Balochistan
• Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)

Job title: Finance Officer
(Reference No. TVET-SSP 2018/037)
Duty Station: Islamabad

Qualifications and Experience:
• University degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance or related area from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management
• Very good knowledge and understanding of different approaches in procurement
• Experience and knowledge of contracts management (financing, grants and local subsidy)
• Excellent financial management and audit skills
• Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Excellent command of English (speaking and writing), Urdu and at least one local language used in Balochistan

Job title: Driver
(Reference No. TVET-SSP 2018/038)
Duty Station: Quetta

Qualifications and Experience:
• Secondary school education
• Holds a valid driver’s licence (LTV)
• At least 5 years’ work experience as a driver with references
• No major accidents in the past 3 years
• Previous work experience, including driving armored vehicles, with an international organization is an asset • Good knowledge of the Urdu and English language is required
• Familiarity with project region Quetta and other relevant locations
• Being resident of Quetta/Balochistan will be considered as an advantage
• Flexibility with regards to working hours, including nights and weekends if required
• Ideally has participated in security training for drivers in hostile working environments
• Appropriate appearance and friendly manner with all passengers

Job title: Office Attendant 
(Reference No. TVET-SSP 2018/039)
Duty Station: Quetta

Qualifications and Experience:
• Secondary school education
• At least 1-3 years’ work experience in a comparable position with references
• Good knowledge of Urdu, basic English is desirable
