A great women empowerment exchange program has been announced. Sister2Sister Exchange Program 2021 in the USA is a fully-funded student exchange program for young Pakistani women. This program aims to develop career opportunities in the future for the women of Pakistan. It happens each summer annually.
SIE stands for Society for International Education, a non-government, Non-Profit Karachi based society of education that promotes the development of partnerships in Education globally. All students who have been part of this program have built capacity for better Information Communication Technology, Youth Leadership skills, English Language, and teacher development.
It is basically a mentorship program, in which young Pakistani women will be connected to the academic and professional networks for career and educational progress. Young Pakistani Women will be placed at various Summer Schools of U.S. universities. The duration of the summer exchange program for Pakistani students varies from one university to another. This can range from 12 days to 50 days.
All females who are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s degree program can apply. They must be between 18 to 24 years old. All applicants must have good academic performance in the previous 3 years of education. Moreover, a candidate shouldn’t have been on any exchange program or traveled to the USA.

18- 24 years old on 1st June 2021. (Born between 1st June, 1997- 1st June, 2003)
Minimum 12 years of education
Currently enrolled in a college or university and committed to returning to their home universities following the completion of the program.
If you have completed a 2-year Bachelors Program and are currently enrolled in the 1st year of Masters Program OR if you are in your 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of 4- year Bachelors Program.
Have strong leadership qualities.
