Qualification:     

1. MBBS recognized/registered by the PMC; AND
2. FCPS/MS/MD/M.Phil. in the respective specialty OR other equivalent postgraduate qualification in the respective specialty recognized/registered by the PMC.

OR

1. Minor Postgraduate qualification like MCPS etc. or equivalent qualification in the relevant specialty recognized/registered by the PMC with at least three years practical experience in the specialty before or after acquiring postgraduate qualifications.

NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates in the following order:

1. a) Degree/Major Diploma Holders b) Medium Diploma Holders c) Minor Diploma Holders.
2. Period of House Job will not be counted towards experience.
3. The period of registrar-ship will be counted as experience.

4. Biostatistics and Research Method
5. Ultrasound Physics and Instrumentation
6. Abdominal Ultrasound
7. Obstetric ultrasound
8. Pelvic ultrasound
9. Small parts ultrasound
10. Diagnostic and Interventional Neck Ultrasound
11. Doppler Ultrasound

NOTE: BOOKS ALREADY RECOMMENDED BY PMC WITH EMPHASIS ON ABOVE MENTIONED SUBJECTS.
