How to apply :

• Each candidate will have to generate online bank challan of Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) from University of Balochistan website and deposit the fee in nearest HBL Branch. . Moreover, applicants who wish to apply for admission in more than one teaching department will have to deposit Rs.1000/- (separate challan) in addition to Rs. 1000/-. Note: Fee can be deposited online through multiple modes including HBL KONNECT App, HBL KONNECT agent or in any online HBL Branch.

There are certain steps (as per given guidelines) to be followed carefully while filling the online Admission Form as there will be no change/edit option after submission of online admission form. Candidates seeking admission will submit the admission form in hardcopy (02 Sets with all relevant documents) in their respective teaching departments/institutes/centers/ sub-campuses up-to 6th April, 2021 positively. Candidates applying for admission under category B or C including (Sports Quota) shall submit their forms (complete in all respects) in the office of the Assistant Registrar (Students Affairs) with in due date.

Eligibility :

Candidates holding BA/B.Sc, or its equivalent degree from any recognized institution, with at least (45% Marks) are eligible to apply for admission in Master’s Degree Programs.

Ineligibility :

Applicants who do not fulfill the academic prerequisites or passed the qualifying examination in Supp: 2020 will not be eligible for admission this year. • Candidates who secured less than 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

Important :

Admissions in all disciplines will be granted on merit basis as per existing admission policy. However, Preference will be given to fresh Graduates. . Commencement of classes in self-finance programs will be contingent upon the enrollment of at least 25 students in a class in the relevant discipline. • Candidate must enter same CNIC number while generating online challan and application form.

Documents Required:

Four latest Photographs. (same as uploaded photo in online admission form) Two attested photocopies of Provisional Certificates & Transcript of Studies of the last qualifying examination. Two attested photocopies of Intermediate Certificate. Two attested photocopies of Matric Certificate. Two attested photocopies of Local / Domicile Certificate. Two attested photocopies of CNIC (each) of the applicant’s & their father’s / guardian’s Two attested photocopies of character certificate from head of the Institution last attended (regular students), Affidavit available in the prospectus (Appendix-I) on UGSO website is mandatory to be filled and signed by each applicant and countersigned by their guardians. Candidates applying under category ‘B’ shall have to submit an Affidavit (in original) dully attested by the Magistrate 1st Class and countersigned by the employer under whom the guardian of the candidate (i.e father/mother/brother/ sister/ spouse) is serving. Applicants will have to bring with them all their relevant documents (in original) at the time of interview; otherwise will not be considered for the admission, applied for.


Criteria :

Admission in all the Teaching Departments shall be given as per University Policy. Test/Interview of the eligible candidates will be held in all the concerned Teaching departments/institutes/centers as per schedule given below: Each applicant will have to qualify the Entry Test with at least 50% marks for becoming eligible for the admission, as applied for. If a candidate fails to make payments to admission dues up to the last date, his/her admission will stand cancelled and the next applicant on waiting list will be considered for admission. In such a case he/she cannot claim his/her admission; however, if seats were available in the concerned department, he/she will be given a chance to deposit the prescribed dues.
